Renting Vacation Points is a great way to save on deluxe accommodations at Walt Disney World (and other Disney destinations).
I am a DVC member who owns timeshare “points” that can use for stays at Disney Vacation Club resorts.
I rent out my excess points before they expire.
Using DVC rentals could save you hundreds of dollars compared to booking the same deluxe accommodations through Disney directly!
The DVC resorts where you can stay on rented points include:
Renting points from us (we are DVC owners) will typically cost you about half what you’ll pay if you reserve direct through Disney. Not only is renting a great deal, there are some fabulous larger units available that are perfect for big families, groups of family and friends, and people who just plain want a little more room: 1-Bedroom Villas, 2-Bedroom Villas and 3-Bedroom Grand Villas.
1-Bedroom and larger Villas are insanely expensive if you book them through Disney, but renting points from an owner brings such units within reach.
Here are some examples of the kinds of savings available:
Boulder Ridge Villas at the Boulder Ridge at Wilderness Lodge, Deluxe Studio, 7 nights from May 13-20, 2020:
Old Key West, Deluxe Studio, 7 nights from February 17-24, 2020:
I provide quick response, and a rental agreement.
I know that details matter and I am very detail-oriented person to make sure you get everything you want on your reservation. These are non-distressed points.
I use a Rental contract and I have references available.
Payment is not due until I have your reservation confirmed and an agreement signed by both parties. Simple and easy for everyone. First-time renters are welcome!
One I have all your information and you are firm on your travel dates and the resort has availability:
-I will book reservation.
- I will then create rental contract and email to you. (Within a day or two).
- I'll invoice you for payment. (Details in contract). 50% down; 50% due 90 days prior.
- You'll sign rental contract and return, and make 50% payment.
DDP can be added later (involves a call to Disney, with you on the line, so you can provide YOUR credit card to Disney to pay for it).
