Occupancy limits for all Disney Vacation Club properties are computed by the number of adults plus the number of children (minus the first baby under the age of 3). So, for example, if you are a party of 2 adults and 3 children and one child is under the age of 3, your total is 4. If you are a party of 2 adults and 3 children (all 3 years old or over), your total is 5.
There are no exceptions to occupancy rules and all guests using a room (including children and infants) must be officially registered on the reservation.
WHAT IS A LOCK-OFF 2BV?: There are two kinds of two bedroom villas on DVC property. An ordinary two bed villa is self-contained. A lock-off (or lock-out) two bedroom villa consists of a special connected arrangement of a one bed villa and a studio. Lockoffs are rare and we will reserve you the ordinary two bed villa unless they are not available.
ONE BED VILLAS WITH 4-5: Noted below with **, these one-bed villas allow parties of 5, however, no bedding, linens or towels are provided for the 5th person. We do not recommend 5 people in these units.
WHAT ARE THE BED CONFIGURATIONS OF UNITS? Glad you asked. Our new dvc bed configuration page lists all bed types and sleeping arrangements in a given room.
DO BABIES/INFANTS COUNT? In addition to the occupancy listed below, a renter may add ONE INFANT (under three years old) to the guest list. A pack-and-play is provided in every room.
